Kinzi stores only what it needs to run your family chat: setup state, account/session records, chat commands, shared lists, tasks, reminders, events, and family identity aliases you create in chat.

Kinzi stays quiet by default. It responds when called, when answering an active clarification, when sending a scheduled reminder, or when proactive mode is explicitly enabled.

Google Calendar access is optional. Kinzi requests only sign-in profile details and the app-created calendar scope so it can create and manage a dedicated Kinzi Family calendar. Kinzi does not request Gmail access in V1.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Setup, session, and OAuth state tokens are stored only as hashes. Admin tools require an admin token and redact phone handles by default.

You can say “Kinzi pause,” “Kinzi leave,” or “Kinzi forget this” in chat to reduce or remove recent context.
